Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cups bisquick
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Saute onion in 1 T butter.
  3. Mix in Bisquick, milk, egg and 1/2 cup cheese.
  4. Pour in greased 8 pan.
  5. Top with cheese, poppy seed and 1 T butter.
  6. Bake 20 minutes.
