Tam O'shanter's Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp poppy seeds

Directions:

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients, sugar thru lemon juice,blend with mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved. With mixer running, slowly add salad oil. Stir in poppy seeds. Store in refrigerator.
