Swiss Cheese Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 (15 oz) cans chicken broth
  • 2 (15 oz) cans beef broth
  • 3 (15 oz) cans water
  • 2 large onions
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 cups celery
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup parsley
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Put first 7 ingredients in pot. Cook until veggies are done.
  2. Melt butter in small sauce pan add flour. Stir until it turns brown. Add to soup.
  3. Sprinkle with the swiss cheese once it is served.
