Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put sweet potatoes in a large pan and add enough water to cover.
  2. Bring to a boil; cook 12 to 15 minutes; drain.
  3. Place mayonnaise, honey, mustard, raisins, walnuts and salt in a large bowl; mix well.
  4. Add sweet potatoes; mix well.
  5. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
