  1. In a medium size bowl, combine all ingredients except the essential oi. Using a whisk, blend the ingredients thoroughly, making sure to break up any lumps of brown sugar or spice. Add the essential oil drop by drop, blending after each addition. Spoon the mixture into a container with a tight-fitting lid. No refrigeration is necessary, but for maximum freshness and fragrance, it's best to use the body polish within 6 months.
