Sweet and Sour German Spinach

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry bacon in medium skillet until almost crisp.
  2. Fry onion in bacon grease until soft.
  3. Remove onion and bacon from grease.
  4. Place spinach in grease, stirring until hot.
  5. Return onion and bacon to skillet.
  6. Mix sugar and vinegar.
  7. Beat egg then mix with vinegar and sugar.
  8. Pour over spinach.
  9. Cook 2-5 minute.
  10. Salt to taste.
