Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp almond flavoring
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs and add sugar gradually.
  2. Add other ingredients.
  3. Bake at 350 fo 45 minute in small loaf pans.
  4. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top while hot.
