Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat skillet on medium heat. place one flour tortilla in the skillet and add 1/2 cup of cheese to the tortilla. let cook unfolded for about 5-6 min or until cheese is completly melted.
  2. While cheese melts mix the mayo, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and paprika together in a small bowl.
  3. Once cheese is melted spread 1 tbls of salsa and 1 tbls of the mayo mixture in the quesadilla. fold and let in cook for another minute fliping it after 30 seconds.
  4. Repeat with the next 3 quesadillas.
  5. Serve with prepared yellow rice or enjoy as is.
