Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake cake mix as directed, using a 9 X 13 pan
  2. While cake is baking, mix Eagle Brand milk and cream of coconut together in a medium bowl
  3. When cake is done, remove from oven
  4. While hot, poke holes in cake and pour the milk mixture over the cake very slowly, letting it soak down in the cake
  5. Let cool for about 20 minutes
  6. Spread whipped cream over cake
  7. Sprinkle with coconut
  8. Refrigerate for several hours, preferably overnight
