Ingredients:

  • juice and zest from 1 medium to large orange
  • juice and zest from 1 tangerine or lemon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup flax meal or wheat germ
  • 1 1/2 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Mix the wet ingredients together first then add the dry in
  2. You can make a glaze for a touch of sweet or even a crumb on top
