Ingredients:

  • 1 mint sprig
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz midori melon liqueur
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 2 -3 oz club soda

Directions:

  1. Fill a tall 12 oz glass with ice cubes, add vodka and Midori.
  2. Squeeze lime wedge over drink and drop into glass.
  3. Then add club soda to fill glass and stur.
  4. Hang the cucumber spear over edge of glass.
  5. Or you can simply garnish with a mint sprig if preferred.
  6. Add a straw and you are good to go.
