Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a heavy saucepan over medium-low heat, carefully melt together chocolate chips and butter.
  2. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and water; cook and stir constantly until thickened.
  3. Stir in almond extract and Amaretto.
  4. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  5. Serve warm, preferably over Cherry Garcia ice cream.
  6. To rewarm, add a little more water (or Amaretto,if you like).
