Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400*.
  2. Mix all ingredients. Kneed a little then roll out 1/4 thick.
  3. Drop in sugar.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  5. ORIGINAL: 2 1/4 c flour (in lieu of both flours and shortening (in lieu of the butter), sugar (in lieu of the raw sugar) and 1 t vanilla or 1/2 t nutmeg (in lieu of the lemon extract).
