Ingredients:

  • 1 cup molasses
  • 1 cup sour milk (with 1/2 tsp baking soda)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp clove

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients together.
  2. Steam 2 hours over a hot fire.
