Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut excess fat from ribs, and brown ribs then place in a roasting pan.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients (other than orange slices and celery leaves) and pour over ribs turning ribs to coat evenly.
  3. Cover with foil, and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
  4. Uncover and spoon sauce over ribs, leave uncovered and bake an additional 45-60 minutes until the ribs are tender and brown and begining to crisp.
  5. Serve on a large platter spooning extra sauce over ribs.
  6. Garnish with orange slices and celery leaves if you like.
