Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pound out chicken breasts. Salt and pepper to taste. On each chicken breast lay a split whole green chile flat. Put a slice of Monterey Jack cheese onto of chile. Roll up chicken and dip in egg then roll in breadcrumbs. Bake at ~375 for 40 minutes or until done.
  2. Mix the sauce ingredients together and cook on medium heat- pour sauce over chicken when serving.
