Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut thin slice off top of each cheese then using metal spoon scoop out center of cheese leaving red wax-covered shell about 1/4 in diameter.
  2. Shred cheese and combine with sour cream, blue cheese and mustard then beat until well blended.
  3. Spoon into cheese shell and sprinkle with paprika.
  4. Serve with assorted crackers.
