Strawberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, place the mustard and honey, Slowly whisk in the olive oil.
  2. Whisk in the vinegar.
  3. Add the strawberry puree and mix well.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Will hold refrigerated for three weeks in a sealed container.
