Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients by folding into ice cream.
  2. Pour into parfait glasses and freeze, strring several times while freezing to prevent liquid from sinking to bottom of glass.
  3. Before serving whip additional cream for garnish, top and sprinkle with almonds or other nuts.
  4. Note: If coffee ice cream is not available, use vanilla and add three or four tablespoons of strong coffee or expresso.
