Ingredients:

  • 3 cuos grated squash
  • 3 tbsp grated onion
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. butter or margirine

Directions:

  1. Mix together. Spoon into hot butter or margirine. Fry un till brown 1-2 minutes on each side {May Place on paper towel on plate to absorb excess butter.
