Ingredients:

  • 1 package of elbow maccaroni cooked according to package directions
  • 1 medium to large cucumber (diced or chopped depending on how much you like them i dice)
  • 1 medium tomato diced

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Refridgerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  3. ENJOY I always do
