  2. 1. In a medium saucepan, combine Splenda, milk, butter, and cocoa. Bring to a FULL ROLLING BOIL and cook for a full 1 1/2 minutes for proper consistency. Remove from heat, and stir in peanut butter, oats, and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper and cool.
