Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put dates and nuts through food chopper.
  2. Crush wafers into fine crumbs.
  3. Mix all ingredients, except coconut, together; roll into 1/2 inch balls. Roll in coconut or chocolate.
  4. Place in tightly covered container.
  5. Let season for a few days.
  6. Yields 6 dozen.
  7. You can replace the Spirits with apple juice and just add a 1/4 teaspoon of brandy or rum flavoring.
