Spinach With  Lemon And Almonds

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in skillet over med heat
  2. Sprinkle in garlic powder
  3. Add spinach (here, I zest half the lemon in for added lemon tart) and cover til wilted to preference
  4. Squeeze lemon over and mix (adjust lemon to level of tartness you prefer)
  5. Plate and top with lemon slice and sliced almonds
