Spicy Turkey Sloppy Joes

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in heavy large pot over medium-high heat. Add turkey, green pepper and garlic and sauté until turkey is no longer pink, breaking up meat with back of fork, about 10 minutes. Mix in chili powder; stir 1 minute. Add next 4 ingredients. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until mixture thickens, stirring often, about 15 minutes. Mix in green onions; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange roll bottoms on plates. Spoon sloppy joe mixture over; top with lettuce and roll tops.
