  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks, and stir in butter and mayonnaise. Add mustard, pepper, salt, chile powder and curry powder; stir well. Stuff egg whites with the yolk mixture; garnish with chives and paprika.
