Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks.
  2. Mash yolks, and stir in butter and mayonnaise.
  3. Add mustard, pepper, salt, chile powder and curry powder; stir well.
  4. Stuff egg whites with the yolk mixture; garnish with chives and paprika.
