Spicy Broccoli And Angel Hair Pasta In Chicken Bro...

  1. In a large skillet heat oil over high heat until it's smoking. Add broccoli, cook covered, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes. (It should be crispy & brown around the edges.) Turn the heat to low; cook until it's tender. Add the red pepper flakes, garlic and salt and pepper to taste; cook for 1 minute. While the broccoli is cooking, boil the angel hair pasta until al dente; drain it. Add the pasta, stock and half of the Parmesan to the skillet and bring the mixture to a simmer. Divide among 2 bowls. Top with the remaining cheese.
