Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whisk the vinegar and mustard together in a small bowl
  2. Whisk in the shallot, garlic, cumin and red pepper flakes
  3. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking constantly until fully incorporated
  4. Continue to whisk for an additional 1 to 2 minutes
  5. Season with salt and pepper
  6. Let the dressing sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavor to develop
  7. Enjoy!
