  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 tsp coriander
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 3 1/8 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast
