Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup currants
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp allspice

Directions:

  1. Bring stock, currants, salt and allspice to boil.
  2. Add couscous and boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Fluff with fork and serve.
