Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook noodles as directed on package.
  2. Mix cottage cheese and sour cream into cooked noodles.
  3. Add Spam, sliced into 1/4 inch cubes.
  4. Add seasoning.
  5. Place in greased, 2 quart casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake in 350 degree oven about 40 minutes.
  8. Note: My mom always used the dehydrated onions found in the spice aisle and garlic powder-also out of a little shaker.
  9. I've used fresh ingredients and I've used the dried-and you know what?
  10. I prefer the dried.
