  1. Place the first 8 ingredients and 1/2 cup cheese in a food processor; blend until smooth.
  2. Spread evenly over tortillas.
  3. Roll up and place seam side down in a greased 13-in.
  4. X 9-in.
  5. X 2-in.
  6. Baking dish.
  7. Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until heated through.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; let stand until cheese is melted.
  9. Serve with sour cream and salsa if desired.
