Ingredients:

  • 2 bunches greens
  • 1 quart water
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 pickled tabasco pepper (can take from pepper sauce bottle)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 4 oz cubed ham

Directions:

  1. Remove stems from and wash and chop the greens. Combine all ingredients with the greens in large pot and simmer until tender, about 2 hours. Best served with cornbread!
