Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp water
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened (1 stick)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 egg whites , stiffly beaten

Directions:

  1. Combine baking soda and water, stir to dissolve. Add to next 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; mix until smooth. Fold in beaten egg whites; cook in a preheated waffle iron for 2 to 3 minutes or until done.
