Soft Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk (small can)
  • 1 tbsp margarine

Directions:

  1. Combine first three ingredients in small saucepan and mix well.
  2. Stir in milk and mix until smooth.
  3. Add margarine and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly as frosting thickens.
  4. Frosts 8-inch cake.
