Sochni Russian Pies With Cottage Chees

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 1/4 tea spoon salt
  • 1,2 tea spoon baking powder
  • staffing
  • 200 g cottege chees
  • 4-5 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix egg, sugar and sour cream
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt
  3. Beat butter - 3 min, add mix of egg and sour cream
  4. Add flour
  5. Make dough
  6. Staffing
  7. Mix cottage cheese sugar and egg white
  8. Roll the dough in the thickness of 0,7 - 0,5 sm
  9. Cut the dough into circles (five-inch circle or more how you like)
  10. Put staffing on half of each circle
  11. Fold over into half-moon shape (see at pic :))
  12. Cover pies of yolk
  13. Bake about 20 - 25 min 180 C
