Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp flour
  • pinch of fine salt
  • 6 tbsp light fresh fallen snow

Directions:

  1. Stir the flour and snow together and add sweet milk for the batter consistency you like (these are delicate almost crepe like so be careful with the milk you only need a small amount)
  2. Using a very thin layer of butter fry the cakes on a griddle
  3. Eat with butter, sugar or syrup.
