Ingredients:

  • 40 g butter
  • 4 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1/2 egg
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1/3 cup icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease shallow muffin tray.
  3. Cream butter and sugar.
  4. Add vanilla.
  5. Add egg.
  6. Add flour and milk alternatively.
  7. Place in shallow muffin tray and bake 20-25 minutes until golden.
  8. Let cool.
  9. Mix icing sugar and cocoa and add enough water to make paste.
  10. Dip cakes completely in icing and cover in coconut.
