Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oil (i used a canola/olive blend)
  • 1 tbsp six-pepper spice blend
  • 1 dash salt

Directions:

  1. Mix together nuts with oil and seasonings.
  2. Spread on foil and place in smoker.
  3. I added mine to the smoker while my Thanksgiving turkey was smoking.
  4. Smoke for 1 hour.
  5. These are equally good hot from the smoker or at room temperature.
  6. These made an excellent snack while we were waiting for our turkey to make its appearance.
