Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup 1% milk
  • 1/4 cup hot water

Directions:

  1. Boil water
  2. Take cold milk and pour into tall glass jar. close lid and shake until foam is twice the volume. remove lid and heat in microwave on high for 30-60 seconds.
  3. Add vanilla to milk
  4. In a separate bowl or cup, add espresso and the sweetener of your choice to boiling water. stir.
  5. Pour steamed milk into cup, careful not to add the foam on top, and pour espresso shot into milk. top with your remaining foam.
