Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp salsa
  • 1 tbsp cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp sour cream

Directions:

  1. Heat a non stick pan over medium heat
  2. Sprinkle cheese on one half of the quesidilla, followed by the salsa and sour cream
  3. Fold in half and cook a little longer until it gets brown and toasty, then flip over and repeat on the other side
