Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put tomatoes with juice in stockpot - breaking up tomatoes
  2. In large cast iron skillet brown ground chuck - put in pot
  3. Add butter to skillet - saute onion til softened
  4. Add poblano, jalabeno, celery, garlic, fish sauce saute til softened - put all in pot
  5. Add chile powder,cumin ,white pepper, haberano to pot
  6. Simmer 45 minutes or so
  7. REMOVE HABERANO (you will loose friends if you don't)
  8. Adjust seasoning
  9. That's the dish
