Simple Spinach Manicotti

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Boil manicotti shells.
  3. Combine all cheese stuffing ingredients; stuff manicotti.
  4. Combine all sauce ingredients (or use a couple of cups of your favorite spaghetti sauce) and pour over stuffed manicottis.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Top with extra mozzerella, if desired, uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
