  1. Peel and wash shrimp.
  2. Place a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Coat skillet with cooking spray, add shrimp and Creole seasoning, and cook 4 minutes or until opaque in center. Remove from heat, drain, and cool completely. To cool quickly, place shrimp on a baking sheet in a single layer and let stand 5-10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  4. To serve, place equal amount of shrimp on 4 dinner plates. Serve with 2 tablespoons ketchup mixture and lemon wedges.
