Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, saute onion, green onions, garlic, and celery in butter until tender. Add flour and cook until LIGHTLY brown.
  2. Add water, tomato juice, worchestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce and salt. Simmer uncovered stirring occasionally for 25 minutes or until sauce is nearly of desired thickness.
  3. Add shrimp and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
  4. I add 1/4 cup green pepper along with the celery.
  5. Serve over rice with extra chopped green onions for garnish.
  6. Enjoy!
