Ingredients:

  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 can small shrimp handfull fresh is better
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp grated onion

Directions:

  1. Mix cheese , horseradish,lemon juice,butter, sugar,and onion togather, fold in shrimp. form into balls and serve with crackers
  2. I perfer ritz
