Shortcut Blueberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Rinse and drain berries.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Pour oil into 8 to 9 square or round pan.
  4. Add mix, egg and water.
  5. Stir with fork to blend.
  6. Sprinkle with berries, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  7. Fold into batter with a fork.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
