Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. Begin with shorting and mix all the ingredient. Heaping tablespoon of mixture, flatten with back of fork.
  2. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
