Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Lightly brown the ground beef with the garlic.
  2. Then add the onoin soup mix, with approximately 1/2 to 1 cup of water.
  3. Bring to a boil, and add the vegetables, then 1 tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in cold water.
  4. Once this has thickened, put the mixture in a casserole, and top with the prepared mashed potatoes.
  5. Score the top with a fork dredged in butter.
  6. Bake until potatoes are a little crisp on the top.
  7. Then add cheese if desired and bake until cheese is bubbly.
